Support Groups
Connecting with others who have had similar experiences can be empowering and validating. Support groups provide a safe and understanding environment where survivors can share their stories, receive support, and gain insights from others who have faced similar challenges. These groups can help foster healing, resilience, and a sense of community.
In case of immediate danger or witnessing a critical situation, call emergency services or local law enforcement. Report abuse, neglect, or exploitation to the appropriate authorities. Your report matters in ensuring safety and preventing harm.
