About the Program

The Arizona Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals residing in long-term care facilities. With a focus on advocacy, this program strives to safeguard the rights, dignity, and well-being of these residents. The primary purpose of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is to identify, investigate and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and adult foster care homes.
